To use GurneyGoo effectively to prevent chafing and blisters during adventure racing or long endurance activities, follow these general guidelines:

  1. Preparation : Thoroughly clean and dry areas of skin prone to friction.
  2. How to use : Apply a generous amount of GurneyGoo directly to the affected areas. Concentrate on areas that are particularly prone to friction, such as feet, thighs, forearms or other areas depending on the activity.
  3. Protective layer : For additional protection, GurneyGoo can also be applied to the inside of clothing that comes into contact with the skin.
  4. Follow-up : After the event, clean the treated areas with soap and water.
